“I loved your workshop.  Landscape artists are all attempting to express how they feel about being outdoors in a particular landscape. In abstract landscape painting we attempt this through patches of colour and a few lines. What I loved about your workshop was that you took us through your process. You showed us a practical way to abstract the landscape. In talking with other people on your workshop this seemed to be a feeling shared by most of us. We all appreciated your demonstrations and shared thoughts about how you use collage to abstract landscape - to progress from the rough sketches/gathered impressions to finished pieces.
